10min Snatch tech

Strength:

10min 6x1 Snatch + 1 Overhead squat @ 70-80% 1rm

WOD

12min AMRAP:

Person 1- 3 Deadlifts 100/70kg
                6 Burpees over bar
                200m Run

Person 2- Rest
