2x10 Lunges forwards with weight overhead
    10 Lunges backwards with weight overhead
2x1 Press
    1 Push press
    1 Push jerk

Strength:

15min Strict press 3x8 @ 70%1rm

WOD

Complete 4 rounds for time:

40 Double under
21 Swings 24/16kg
12 Toes to bar
