2x Inch worm with press
2x1 Press
    1 Push press
    1 Push jerk

Strength:

20min Strict press 3x4 @ 85% 1rm

Then WU/BO 2x3

WOD

10 rounds for max distance:

60sec Rest

Target:  3000m/2500m
