CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 05/07/13

Warm up:

20-12 Hollow rocks
+ 30sec Handstand hold

then:

3x5 Skin the cat
+60sec FLR hold

WOD

Complete 5 rounds for time:

9 Shoulder to overhead 50/35kg
12 Toes to bar
15 Box jumps
200m Run
