Warm up:

2x5 Wall squats
3x10 Squats
2x5 Goblet squats
2x5 Passovers

WOD

"Regional event 4" (modified)

Complete for time:

100 Wall balls
100 Pull ups
100 Squats
100 Single arm dumbbell snatches 20/10kg
