Complete once for time:
20 Deadlifts 100kg
20 Arm swings 28kg
20 Overhead squats 50kg
20 Burpees
20 Pull ups
20 Box jumps
20 Dumbbell hang squat cleans 2x20kg
After each exercise you must complete a 400m Run

WOD 'Lumberjack 20' - tamed the beast and scaled some movements to:
60kg Deadlift - back feeling it big time from yesterday
24kg KB High Swings
30kg OHS
2 x 10kg Dumbell Squat Cleans

Overhead squats slowed me down a lot. Great WOD!
