Round 2 of Tabata That:Burpees (7 X 5, 6) = 5Situps (12, 6 X 10, 13) = 10Pushups (4 X 10, 4 X 8) = 8Squats (7 X 14, 16) = 14Score = 37Total = 41 + 85 + 76 + 114 = 316Big jump in score / total. Probably as a result of having done it once before, rather than a massive jump in fitness. Pushups need work!
