7am class...Snatch - worked up to 40kg, hopefully the numbers will fly up with confidenceClean - worked upto 60kg but just 3 sets as run out of time - target is 80kg

recovery/volume daydeath by pull ups = 15 rounds - same as last time :(4 x 400m run with 2 mins restr1 1:03, r2 1:11, r3 1:13, r4 1:15 ...not good, what used to be a strength is now a weakness.
