CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 07/10/11

Five rounds for time:

5 Pull ups

20m Lunges

1-5 Push up ladder with burpee

200m Row

Enzo: Tabata Squats, Sit ups, Press ups, Row
16, 10, 7, 7.
Andy: Tabata Squats, Sit ups, Press ups, Row
15, 13, 6, 6.
Fri Tag team WOD: 15min AMRAP

Person 1: Carry 200kg (20kg plates) 20m and set them down
Person 2: Ski erg
