CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 28/02/12

Complete for time:

100 Pull ups
100 Push ups
100 Sit ups
100 Squats

Each exercise must be completed before moving onto the next.

    Quite disappointed, I know I have over 90, I had to redo about 8 jumps and just didn't go hard enough :(

  2. Gutted, gutted, gutted, looking forward to Angie as not done before and my shoulder went after about 30 Pull Ups so had to change the workout.
