CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 05/01/12

5 Pull up

10 Press ups

15 Squats

Results

Rich moving fast through the press ups today, not letting up at any point

Paul Pull ups, first workout without the band and carried on through all the way

The following two photos are from the rest phase of the 30/30 push press, both have the same goal (keep the weight above the head) but both achieve this through different methods and body positions.
