5 Deadlifts 100kg/BW

10 Pull ups

15 Arm swings 24kg

    Deadlift 5 x 1 @ 90% 1RM 117.5kg

    117.5kg x 2 100kg x 3 - twinged by back back on the 2nd, very ugly, DL! Weight felt ok just some shocking tekkers today.

    Row was about 1:45, I forgot to get a KB for the WOD so grabbed what was closest, ending up being 20kg instead of 24kg
