CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 27/01/12

complete five rounds for time:

5 Thrusters 50kg

10 Burpees

Results

It was gerat to see Andy back in action today, also PB'd a new 6rm Front squat

Dave on thrusters, the extra weight makes a big difference

    Front Squat 6RM - I hadn’t posted a 6RM so 55kg was calculated from by 4RM

    57.5kg PB!

    The thrusters were as hard for me as my face in the photos suggests. Disappointed to not get under 10mins.....
