CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 23/01/12

12 Minute AMRAP:

5 Deadlifts 100kg or BW

10 Pull ups

15 Wall balls

    Nice PB's everyone!

    Deadlift 6RM - had to beat 100kg

    6 x 115kg PB (didn't let the side down thank god!)

    WOD @ 80kg - 5 rds 9 Pull Ups

    Gutted not to get 6 rounds but pleased with the Deadlifts.
