CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 11/01/12

Complete for time 21, 15, 9 reps of:

Overhead squats 50kg

Overhead lunges 15kg

Arm swings 28kg

    Some technique work needed on the OHS, weight felt comfortable but lost control of the bar a couple of times, that's the heaviest KB I have used for a high swing so quite pleased.
