CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 20/01/12

12min AMRAP:

Minute 1 = Shoulder to overhead AMRAP

Minute 2 = 1 round of:
                   5 Burpees
                   10 Sit ups
                   15 Squats

    Front Squat 90% of 1RM 5 x 1 - I haven't actually set any numbers for Front Squat so worked up to what I thought it may be = 70kg....probably could have squeezed a bit more out!

    Lowest round = 20 - i screwed up on Rd 4 and beat 20 on the last 2 rounds :(

    3 x 250m row / 50 sec FLR = 6:30

    Totally smashed!
