5 Deadlifts 100kg

10 Burpees

    Deadlift 4RM - bad day at the office for deadlifts today

    120kg x 2 F, 115kg x 2 F

    6RM last monday was 115kg so thought 120kg would fly up.

    WOD @ 90kg
