CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 07/05/12

Just a quick reminder that we are closed on Bank Holiday Monday 07/05/12

"Tabata That"
20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
8 rounds total of each:

Burpees
1min rest
Sit ups
1min rest
Push ups
1min rest
Squats

Lowest reps of each exercise counts towards total, have fun on the bank holiday!

  1. Fun workout - legs are now a little rubbery:

    Burpees (8 X 5) = 5
    Situps (9,9,9,9,9,8,8,8) = 8
    Pushups (15,12,10,8,8,8,8,8) = 8
    Squats (12,12,12,12,13,12,12,14) = 12

    Score = 33
    Total = 40 + 69 + 77 + 99 = 285

  3. Round 2 of Tabata That:

    Burpees (7 X 5, 6) = 5
    Situps (12, 6 X 10, 13) = 10
    Pushups (4 X 10, 4 X 8) = 8
    Squats (7 X 14, 16) = 14

    Score = 37
    Total = 41 + 85 + 76 + 114 = 316

    Big jump in score / total. Probably as a result of having done it once before, rather than a massive jump in fitness. Pushups need work!
