CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 15/05/12

On the minute every minute for 20 minutes:

Odd minutes - 5 Power cleans

Even minutes - 10 Toes to bar

    Toes to bar (scaled after 5 rds to K2E)

    Completed all 20 rounds.

    Started with T2B then had to scale to K2E's half way through as I started to miss reps and my hands were destroyed!
