Work on technique for full Snatch and Clean, finish heavy.

    Back Squat 4RM @ 110kg

    First go at Fran Rx'd was better than expexcted @ 7:02

    Snatch - worked up to 40kg, hopefully the numbers will fly up with confidence

    Clean - worked upto 60kg but just 3 sets as run out of time - target is 80kg

    death by pull ups = 15 rounds - same as last time :(

    4 x 400m run with 2 mins rest

    r1 1:03, r2 1:11, r3 1:13, r4 1:15 ...not good, what used to be a strength is now a weakness.
