  1. Warm Up - watched the Atlas Stones being unveiled in the sun...!

    Snatch - worked up to 40kg again, then worked on power snatches for 15 mins trying to improve tekkers and speed

    Clean - up to 70kg but failed 2 attempts - close, just couldnt quite get out of the squat posistion, next time.
