CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 09/05/13

Warm up:

3x10 Passovers
3x10 Overhead squats
2x Inch worm with press
3x1 Press
    1 Push press
    1 Push jerk

Strength:

15 minutes strict press

6x4 @ 60% 1rm (speed)

WOD

"Helen"

Complete 3 rounds for time:

400m Run
21 Swings 24/16kg
12 Pull ups

  1. Dave called my Helen time out on Twitter - but that time had an asterisk next to it (I did the pullups and swings with one arm, and hopped the 400m).
