CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 10/05/13

Warm up:

500m Row
3x Bear
     Rabbit
Dynamic hamstring stretch
3x5 Swings

Strength:

15 minutes Deadlift (reps)

Max Reps for 80-5% 1rm (2" Blocks)

WOD

Complete 10 rounds for time:

5 Over the box jumps
10 Hand release push ups
15 Lunges
