CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 13/05/13

Warm up:

5min Double under practice
3x10 Passovers
2x Inch worm with press
3x5 Goblet squats
3x5 Squat jumps

Strength:

15 minutes Back squats 8x2 @ 60% 1rm (Speed)

WOD

Complete five rounds for time:

10 Alternating dumbbell Snatch 30/20kg
10 Box jumps
40 Double unders
