Warm up:

3x Bear
     Rabbit
     Tiger
3x5 Goblet squats
3x5 Jumps squats/Knee jumps

Strength:

15 minutes Back squats

Max reps @ 80, 70, 60 & 50% 1rm

WOD

"Nicole" (modified)

15min AMRAP:

400m Run
max reps pull ups

Saturdays IWT
