Warm up:

3x10 Passovers
3x10 Overhead squats
2x Inch worm with press

5min Double under practice

Strength:

15min Strict press (speed)

4x6 @ 60% 1rm

WOD

Complete 5 rounds for time:

10 Toes to bar
20 Swings 24/16kg
30 Double unders

6.00am Class
