CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 16/05/13

Warm up:

3x Bear
Dynamic hamstring stretch
3x10 Hollow rocks
+ 5 Swings

Strength:

15 minutes Deadlift from 4" blocks (Heavy)

2rm

WOD

10 minute AMRAP:

Odd minute: 3 Power snatch 75% 1rm (tap and go, unbroken)

Even minute: 60sec AMRAP of
                      3 Strict pull ups
                      6 Push ups
                      9 Squats
