Strength:

20min Cleans

10min- Warm up (Clean tech)
10min- 7x1 Clean + 1 Front squat @ 85% 1rm Clean

WOD

12 Minute AMRAP:

Person 1- 5 Thrusters 42.5/30kg
                10 Pull ups

Person 2- Rest
