    6 Rounds and a few m's

    Happy with the Deadlift just took a few attempts to find my weight, but need to learn how to skip!!

    Nice work Terry 7+ rounds is good going!!

    5x2 Back Squat @ 130kg - pleased with those quite comfortable.

    Actually quite happy with my Row but my double unders were awful tonight - should have had 8 rounds if I had got them going.
