CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 21/03/12

10 minute AMRAP:

Every odd minute complete
5 Power cleans 60kg
5 Burpees over the bar

Every even minute complete
Double under AMRAP

Total number of rounds completed and Double unders counted

    Strict Press 6RM - Had to beat 40kg, failed at 42.5kg twice, 5.5 reps each time....so close :(

    201 Double Unders

    Totally gassed at the end!
