Complete five rounds for time

22 Swings 28/16kg
22 Box jumps 24/20"
400m Run
22 Burpees
22 Wall balls 8/10kg

    Slowly plodded through it - glacial speed burpees after the run...

    Strict Press 4 rep max 77.5kg no improvement unfortunately :(

    Thanks to Joes Physio treatment on my shoulder impingement i was able to start doing pull ups again today so.....

    'Death by pullups' = 15 rounds (PR)

  4. Wow - great work Luke. 15 rounds is incredible. The last 2 or three rounds must have sucked - 43 reps pretty much back to back!

    I also completed the 5-a-side WOD, just 1 goal though! Also done my knee in which may mean missing a couple days :(
