CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 16/03/12

"Death by clean and jerk"

On the minute every minute complete the same amount of clean and jerks, matching the minute

Weight:  60kg

e.g. 1 minute = 1 clean and jerk
       2 minutes = 2 clean and jerks.....

    WOD @ 50kg

    6 rds :(

    Got to 7 reps of the 7th round so just one away.....disappointing effort!
