CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 30/03/12

Complete four rounds for time:

200m Row

10 Dumbbell hang squat cleans 2x10kg

20 Dumbbell lunges 2x10kg

    9:18 (i think) legs are now smashed.....a week without doing a wod is a long time in crossfit terms!
