    7.5kg + 7.5kg = 25kg, right? Wrong, do it again. Finally got there:

    Back squat: 105kg X 6 reps

    WOD
    Incredibly slow doing this ( >16m ). Teach me to "suggest" that the row should be increased to 500m. Paul smashed it like a beast and beat me by about 5 minutes.
