  2. Today was nasty. How the simple stuff sucks.

    Strength
    Bench press 5 X 3 - 70, 75, 80, 90f, 85

    WoD
    Games 12.4 - 10kg ball to 10 ft.
    150 reps. Ouch.
    Somewhere between 5 and 10 noreps didn't help. Didn't get to try out my shiny new DUs. 4 down, 1 to go.
