CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 06/03/12

Complete five rounds for time:

3 Power cleans 70kg

10 Strict pull ups

On each round reduce the pull ups by 2

    Rx'ed but ROM on strict Pullups was measured in inches towards the end. Time was over 9 minutes.

  4. After struggling to get 70kg over my head on Friday night little boy is quite accurate!

    Looks like work is stopping me tomorrow morning.....hopefully be there in the evening

    3 Power Cleans @ 50kg
    10-2 Strict Pullups

    Strict Pullups quickly became green bnd pullups!!
    Should have gone heavier on the cleans....

  6. C&J technique - not worried about the weight on this one, just trying to nail the Jerk technique.

    Complete five rounds for time:

    3 Power cleans 70kg

    10 Strict pull ups

    4:45 - strict pullups were awful.....need work!

  7. Still being cautious of my back so went light on both c&j and WOD.

    WOD at 50kg with green band which quickly became blue band. Awful strict pull up strength!

    7 ish minutes, fitness creeping back slowly!
