CrossFit Hertford Workout of the Day 24/03/12

Complete 3 rounds for time:

9, 6, 3 reps of Power cleans 70kg

12 Box jumps

200m Sprint

2 minutes rest between rounds

    Bench 3 X 5 @ 80 kg

    WOD 1
    12.5 - 34 reps. Big jump up from the 12 scored on Thursday. Chest to bar was a little easier and a lot less no reps.

    WOD 2
    As the above was limited by my poor chest to bar performance and not my work capacity, I did today's WOD.
